1. If there are missing accessories in my order, how can I contact for a replacement?

You can contact us by our customer service email: support@iRaynesys.com or our official site Contact Us page. Please make sure to provide your order number, accessories that need to be replaced, and the detailed receiving address.

2. What should I do if I don’t know how to install the product?

You can check User Manuals page on our official site to get some guides. Or you can get the instruction in the package for reference.

3. What do I need to do if I want to return the product?

You can only place order on Amazon (this website is just a publicity one), so if you want to return the product, please contact us by our email: support@iRaynesys.com or on Amazon: From your Amazon order details page, select “Order” >> “Sold by” >> “Contact seller”.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and with the original package in intact condition.

4. What about the product warranty?

All products for Raynesys are covered by 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship.
